If you have talent and love to make digital graphics post here to request a studio. Staff members have the right to deny you a studio if they don't think your graphics are good. Do not ask for a studio if you are using paint.

| Stable Block (3 sub-boards)
The barns that surround the acreage of Ivy Creek are quite beautiful. They have rubber mats that cover the concrete aisles so that the lovely horses residing here do not always have to walk on cement. The stalls are roomy and always kept clean by the responsible stable hands that gather everyday to help out. The barn is a haven for all of the riders here.

| Breeding Barn (1 sub-board)
If your mare is in heat and you wish to have a foal, go find a stud then come here. The breeding barn includes many stalls for the mares that are in foal, but there is also large pens where people bring their horses to breed.

| Round Pen
This large 20x20 pen is near to the stables. The fences are high so no horse can even dream of getting out. The pen has sand for the flooring and is covered with a small roof to keep it from flooding when rain comes. This pen is for those riders who need to lunge their horses before riding.

Ivy Creek has many arenas for the riders to ride in. One of them is a large outdoor sand arena with plenty of jumps in one corner, another is the largest arena, the indoor dirt arena which also has plenty of jumps. Another is a five acre fenced in cross country course. All the arenas are always open for use despite the weather.

Although the stalls have run-outs for the horses to go outside Ivy Creek also offers fields which are a lot bigger than the small run-outs. There are two fields in total and a bunch of half acre paddocks for the stallions.

| Trails
Ivy Creek has many different trails to offer, none of them lead to far away and most of them are easy rides. There is a beach trail, forest trail, lake trail and a mountain trail, the mountain trail is the hardest and most dangerous, the others are mostly easy and great fun.

All girls aged under nineteen will have to live in a dorm until they come of age to buy their own house. If you are close to nineteen you better save up if you want a house. No boys are allowed in the dorms after seven.

| Thunderbird Showpark
This is the local show park which hosts many events, from gymkhanas to prestigious jumping events. It mainly specializes in english styles, but it will occasionally host a western event.

Located in Arizona this is the regional event for those who qualify off of the Thunderbird events, it is a lovely and fancy show place with tons of competition.

| Spruce Meadows
A well known big time jumping show park, but it sometimes hosts other english events but most of them are further down the road. This is a qualifier for Regional/National events.

| Houses |
| Ivy Avenue
Close to town these houses are quite affordable. All of the houses in this neighbourhood are ranchers and only have a limited number of rooms. They are quaint and cozy houses and good for someone who lives alone. You are about half an hour away from Ivy Creek Stables but it isn't too bad of a drive as the scenery is great. Houses here are $45,000.

| Violet Street
Gorgeous two storey houses are built on a quiet road near a forest. Near Violet park and is good for families with small children. Also there are the horse trails close by, and Ivy Creek Stables is only around five minutes away. Inside of the houses are very nice, and this houses are a little more on the pricey side.
The cost of a house here is: $70,000

| Stampede Tack
This tack shop is huge. It mainly specializes in western gear but also carries loads of english gear as well. It carries high quality tack and horse blankets for lower prices, it is generally a good deal unless you want the best of the best stuff.

| Perdy's Pets
This local pet shop sells a wide variety of pets, from dogs to degus. But it mostly specializes in puppies and kittens, it treats it animals well and is more or less a breeder than a pet store.

| Stud Listings Inc. (1 sub-board)
This place offers to advertise your stallion for stud. There are also 5 studs that are already there, these are not rped by anyone, but simply in the book for those who wish to breed mares, but no studs are listed. It also has a wide variety of stud books for those who wish to breed their mare to look at. Sometimes it may be costly for stallion owners however, but in the end it is totally worth it.

This veterinary office specializes in large animals like horses, cows ect. But it will also take in dogs, cats, or birds sometimes even wild animals. The staff here are very good and if your animal is injured it could be very costly.

The lively sales are located here. It is much like an auction except more than 50% of the horses here are of good quality unlike most auctions. However we get some rundown and hopeless horses here as well.

The famous coffee shop! It is a lovely place to go in the mornings when you are dying for a coffee to wake you up. It also serves breakfast and endless different types of pastries and such. It is quite lovely with country style music and a quiet atmosphere.

| Caprice Theatres
This small theatre only has about 5 different rooms for the movies but in all it is a lovely place to go with friends or take a date to. It isn't in bad shape at all and is quite a lovely Friday night hang out spot.

| Mario Linguini
A lovely and quiet place with romantic music that is set on low, the lights are dimmed. It is a new and fun restaurant to go to, specializes in pastas and such but can also whip up different burgers, fries and grilled cheese.

| Violet Park
This park is quite lovely with many trails that people may walk their dogs on. It got its name for in the spring tons, maybe even hundreds of violets will sprout through the grass. It is a well kept park and is quite a lovely place to go for walks and get away from the stables for a little bit.
